Job Description

  1. To find suitable venues for the Annual Weekend.
  2. To arrange accommodation at the chosen venue.
  3. To make a budget and keep accounts of income and expenditure.
  4. To publicise the event in the club newsletter and elsewhere as appropriate.
  5. To liaise with the Annual Event Bookings Organiser as required.
  6. To liaise with the Events Coordinator as required.
  7. To liaise with and negotiate with tutors for the Annual Event.
  8. To plan and schedule workshops for the Annual Event.
  9. To ensure that the workshops run smoothly.
  10. To enlist additional help as necessary.
