  • Minutes Secretary

    To write and circulate minutes of committee meetings, the AGM and any other general meetings of the club. To liaise with the chair over the content of the agendas of such meetings.

  • Events Co-ordinator

    To organise online events, including weekends and one-time events, and to coordinate online sessions as needed. To manage grants program for sponsored regional events, including event agreements and risk management. To provide club support for regional organisers as needed.   • Committee Member

    The committee is the group that runs the club day to day, reporting to the trustees.

  • Annual Weekend Bookings Organiser

    Manage all bookings by participants for the Annual Nonsuch Event, respond to enquiries related to bookings and work in liaison with the Annual Event Organiser as appropriate.

  • Annual Weekend Organiser

    Find suitable venues for the Annual Event, arrange accommodation at the chosen venue, make a budget and keep accounts of income and expenditure, publicise the event in the club newsletter and elsewhere as appropriate, liaise with the Annual Event Bookings Organiser as required ...
