• Code of Conduct for Trustees

  This Code of Conduct is to be signed by each Trustee upon joining the Board and be held for the duration of their tenure.

• Complaints Procedure

  In order to ensure that our services remain at a high and improving standard, we have a procedure through which you can let us know if for any reason you are not satisfied with your dealings with the organisation.

• Conflict of Interest Policy

  The purpose of this policy is to protect the integrity of the organization's decision-making process, to enable our stakeholders to have confidence in our integrity, and to protect the integrity and reputation of trustees, committee members and volunteers.
