No pressure slow jam for beginner Hammered Dulcimer players on Zoom. Come along for a chat and play a few standard session tunes at a slow pace.

The South Western Meets at the Nova Scotia, Bristol have gone Virtual! These are now open to all and are designed to be especially mountain dulcimer friendly. Other instruments are also welcome.

We have decided to postpone our Nonsuch in-person Annual Weekend until 2022, and will instead be offering another full weekend of online workshops and other activities – tutor concert, sessions, social hour. We are planning to book some great tutors, and offer several levels of workshops for both hammered and mountain dulcimers. We will also (more…)

3 days of mountain dulcimer workshops and concerts, all online at this US based mid week event. There’s a fixed price of US $100, however recordings will be available to attendees after the event, so no need to miss out due to clashes or inaccessible timings!

Beginners 101 is designed for both new and shiny beginners and those of you who have been beginners for a while and would like to move forward. Workshops will run 2 hours per week for 6 weeks, running from April 23rd to May 28th at 7pm UK time via zoom.
The Sandbridge Hammered Dulcimer retreat is an biannual event with 3 weeks of workshops in the Autumn and 2 in the Spring with an additional 2 day master class in the Spring. You can book for one or more weeks.
The tutor is well known performer and teacher Ken Kolodner, assisted by Mary Lynn Michal. This year the Autumn event will be held both in person and via zoom, giving UK and European members a chance to attend.
