Nonsuch Newsletter Audio Supplement, Autumn 2023 No 15

Our aim is to give the Newsletter an added audio dimension. The latest edition of Dulcimer Junction continues to support the music and information printed in the Nonsuch Newsletter – and includes contributions from Nonsuch members – and links to a number of articles within the newsletter.

Among the variety of sounds in Dulcimer Junction No.15, you’ll hear players of both kinds of dulcimer – we say farewell to long-time Nonsuch member Lindsay Porteous who died recently, and remember his contribution to the world of music – we hear about plans to bring mountain dulcimer workshops to northern Italy – there’s music from one of our Nonsuch members, performing on the hallowed stage at The Bridge Folk Club in Newcastle – we commemorate the 250th Anniversary of the song ‘Amazing Grace’- oh, and some tunes for you to listen to – and to play along with.
