This will be a hybrid meeting in the Drama Studio, Malvern St James School, 15 Avenue Road
, Great Malvern
, Worcestershire, 
WR14 3BA and via Zoom. Full Details are provided in your email or letter.

Actual and Virtual Doors open from 4:15pm BST (UTC+1).

This is the third time we have run a hybrid meeting, but the first at this venue. We hope there are no glitches. If you have an issue online please email us at help.desk@dulcimer.org.uk.

VOTING CLOSES at 24:00 BST (UTC+1) on 21st October 2025. The results will be announced at the meeting.
