1. If you cancel on or before the Early Bird deadline, we will refund your booking fees in full.
2. The Cancellation deadline is 45 days prior to the start of the event.
3. If you cancel after the Early Bird deadline but before the Cancellation deadline, we will refund your booking fees, less £20 administration fee.
4. If you cancel later than the Cancellation deadline, we will not make any refund.
5. Participants cancelling after the Cancellation deadline due to unavoidable circumstances may send written documentation of their reason for cancelling and request a partial tuition refund. These refund requests will be considered by the Events Coordinator and our Nonsuch Committee following the end of the program. Due consideration will be given to the reason for the cancellation, and to the committed costs to the club of the cancellation at the time when it was received.
