Adopt a Ron Moore Mountain Dulcimer!

Ron Moore, who died in late 2020 was a hobbyist instrument maker from East Sussex.
Nonsuch Dulcimer Club has agreed with his family to help find homes for 21 unfinished mountain dulcimers, which are based on 1970s designs.
Now updated with photos and descriptions of the instruments and an enquiry form.

Grants for Nonsuch Regional Events

Helping you get together locally! After over a year of virtual gatherings, we do hope that some of us have the chance to meet and enjoy playing music together in person. We really want to make this happen, and the club would like to help in any way that we can including a small grant to help make an event viable.

Nonsuch Annual Weekend 2021 Online

We have decided to postpone our Nonsuch in-person annual weekend until 2022, and will instead be offering another full weekend of online workshops and other activities – tutor concert, sessions, and more!
New this year are additional member-led workshops on Friday.
The date is: 5 – 7th November 2021.

Support for Young People

The Nonsuch Dulcimer Club aims to support young people in several ways: The ‘Mat Fox Bursary Fund’ supports young people aged 16 – 25 to buy and learn to play a dulcimer; A discounted rate for those in full time education at our annual weekend; A Dulcimer Education Pack for use in schools for children at key stage 2.
