Our Spring Fling event  will be 12-14th April 2022 (mid-week), at the Copthorne Hotel in Newcastle, Quayside. Find suitable venues for the Spring Fling, arrange accommodation at the chosen venue, make a budget and keep accounts of income and expenditure, publicise the event in the club newsletter and elsewhere as appropriate, liaise with the Events Organiser as required …

Minutes Secretary

To write and circulate minutes of committee meetings, the AGM and any other general meetings of the club.
To liaise with the chair over the content of the agendas of such meetings.
